1. Inspect guide wheel, crawler, chain drive wheel for damage or wear, including flat head screw for loose, and repair immediately.

2. Check whether the car engine is working properly, pay attention to check whether there is leakage of car oil, gas and diesel oil, water and properly deal with it.

3. Check whether the connecting head of hydraulic oil filter, hose and hydraulic equipment is leaking?

4. Check whether the excavator gauge and supervision control panel are destroyed, in order to prevent safety accidents caused by ambiguity.

5. Inspect cylinders, connectors, working equipment, excavators and hoses for cracks and wear. Is there no relaxation?

6. Check whether there are dirty things around the engine of the excavator car, whether there is processing and cleaning on time.

Finally, before the operation of the excavator, is it necessary to check that there is no less water in the excavator storage tank? Is there enough gas in the tank? The outside of the excavator is also a worn area.
